1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment. Prices are subject to change until full payment is made.

3. Third-Party Services

TripNest Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We are not liable for any deficiencies, delays, or failures in services provided by third parties.

4. Travel Documents & Visa

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure valid passports, visas, and other travel documents. TripNest Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.

5. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or services due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

TripNest Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused due to events beyond our control, including natural calamities, political disturbances, or airline disruptions.

Users must provide accurate information at the time of booking. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – TripNest Holidays

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

  • Cancellation charges will vary depending on the package, supplier policies, and timing of cancellation.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 days before travel: Minimal cancellation charges

  • 15–30 days before travel: Partial cancellation charges

  • Less than 15 days: 100% cancellation charges may apply

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed after receiving confirmation from suppliers.

  • The processing time may take 7–15 working days.

  • Any transaction or service fees are non-refundable.

4. No Show / Early Departure

No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond control.
